Why Exhibit at The Bed Show?
Low cost
The whole ethos of The Bed Show is low cost, with the focus on the products not on expensive, fancy stands.
Ideal timing
The end of September is we believe the perfect time for a Bed Show. Retailers are looking ahead to January promotions. Manufacturers are preparing new ranges for the year to come. There´s time for new models to get onto the shop floor in time for the busiest sales period of the year. It just makes sense.
Bed Specific
There has never before been a show dedicated specifically to beds. Buyers can see most if not all of the main brands under one roof and gain a thorough understanding of what is happening in the bed market and what products are available to them visiting one easy to access venue.
Central, easily accessible location
Telford is in the heart of England and easily accessible by road, rail or air. It´s just 15 minutes off the M6 — 45 minutes from the NEC. Telford railway station is just a few minutes´ away by taxi and has direct links to London and Birmingham International.
Experienced team in charge
Laraine Janes and Theresa Raymond have between them more than 50 years´ experience of staging exhibitions and have run everything from furniture shows to funeral shows, and from golf shows to horse events. They have owned and run the Manchester Furniture Show for the past 10 years. We feel sure we are in safe hands asking them to help us with all the logistics of putting on an exhibition and that exhibitors will find all their questions answered and the business of setting up and breaking down a stand will be a smooth operation.
Modern fully equipped exhibition halls
We were impressed and we´re sure you will be too. The International Centre has all the facilities and support you could possibly need to put on a successful exhibition. It´s small enough to be friendly and welcoming, yet large enough to accommodate our requirements and allow for further growth if need be. Plus there are on site catering, conference and banqueting facilities for everything from small to large scale gatherings.
FREE exhibitor AND visitor car parking
There´s masses of parking — over 1,400 spaces on site and we´ve arranged for FREE parking throughout the event for al our exhibitors and their staff; and FREE parking for visitors during the event, too

Central catering facility for all exhibitors throughout show opening hours
We have allocated two catering areas - a fully manned area and an unmanned coffee point - in the halls so that exhibitors don´t have to worry about on-stand facilities. A good range of snacks and meals will be on offer along with hot and cold drinks and a licensed bar.
Gala dinner, with Bed Industry Lifetime Achievement Awards
It´s important to have some time out to relax during an exhibition, so we´re putting on our own very special Gala Dinner for exhibitors and guests, on the evening of the 28th September. As well as a celebrity host/entertainer, the first ever Bed Industry Lifetime Service Awards will be presented. We do hope you will join us for what promises to be a delightful evening.

Exhibitors can book modules of 10sq m, 20 sq or multiples thereof
Stand are allocated on a first come, first served bases
What´s the price?
£99 per sq m to include:-
Shell scheme fascia, name panels, back and side walls (where appropriate)
Electrical supply and single phase 4-way sockets per each 20sq m module
Stand cleaning

If you are not a member of the National Bed Federation you will have to apply and be approved for membership first before you can participate in the Bed Show.
