FAQs

Who can visit?

The Bed Show is strictly for trade visitors only, which means it is not open to the general public. You need to be able to prove you are a relevant industry professional (e.g., retailer, retail buyer, specifier, manufacturer, agent etc) with a proof of trading such as a business card, letterhead, invoice, company registration etc.

Our exhibitors will not sell to members of the public. No products are available to buy or remove from the show. If you are found buying for personal use, you will be asked to leave the exhibition.

Can I bring my child?

The Bed Show is a trade show and is not designed for children, however, any visitors who need to bring children with them into the halls are requested to do so on the second day of the show, Wednesday 27 September.  Under 15’s are permitted in the halls, but pushchairs, buggies and prams must be left at the Cloakroom. If you choose to bring your child with you, you must be always responsible for them. Please be aware that there are no crèche facilities at the show or at the venue. Any visitor aged 16+ needs to register for a badge.

How do I get my ticket?

Registration to attend the show will go live in spring 2024. Keep an eye out for a link to the online registration portal where you can download and print your ticket.

How do I register my colleague?

If you are a visitor, you can register yourself and your colleagues via the online portal, which goes live in May. Please note a separate email address will be required for each person. If you are an exhibitor, badges can be ordered via the exhibitors’ portal.

How much does it cost?

Entry to the show is free, including complimentary refreshment vouchers for all visitors. Further details will be available in spring/summer 2024 about purchasing tickets to attend the Gala Dinner.

Is there free parking?

Yes, Telford International Centre has over 1500 car parking spaces onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue. Find further details on travelling to the show.

Can I charge my electric vehicle at Telford International Centre?

Yes, Telford International Centre has four fast-charging EV points on its campus. These are 22kWh, untethered charging points (which means you will need to use your own charging cable), and they are located in the car park of The International Hotel (Postcode: TF3 4EH; What Three Words: chill, firmer, sundial).

The service is provided by Monta, so you will need to download the Monta app to be able to use the charging points.

Alternative charging points are located at Asda Telford.

Can I get a visa for travel to the show?

We regret that we are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help secure visas. If your business is relevant to the show, you will have to provide evidence to the British Embassy in your country by submitting proof of your employment and the nature of your employer’s business. Please DO NOT contact the National Bed Federation about a visa, as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.

Are there disabled facilities?

Yes, there are disabled parking bays on-site near to the main entrance, and accessible toilets inside Telford International Centre.

Is there a prayer room?

If you require a prayer room, please get in touch with the organisers beforehand and they will happily assist: info@bedfed.org.uk
